Huddersfield look set to capture Dunfermline defender Calum Woods after the 24-year-old agreed terms with the club.

The player is expected to undertake a medical next week. Pars boss Jim McIntyre admitted that his desire to keep the player was outweighed by Woods' ambition to play south of the border. He told the Dunfermline's official site: "As soon as an English club comes in there is no competition. "If he leaves, we wish him well since he has been an integral part of the team since I became manager. "Most footballers' goal is to play in England and if he continues to progress he could become a wealthy young man."
