Keeper has no desire to move on this summer

Cedric Carrasso is generating plenty of transfer gossip, but insists he remains fully committed to Bordeaux. The 29-year-old is reported to be drawing admiring glances from a number of clubs outside of his native France. He has seen his reputation rise over recent years and was included in the French squad which bombed so badly at the 2010 World Cup. Carrasso is hoping to remain part of the Les Bleus set-up for the foreseeable future and believes he can achieve that goal at Bordeaux. With that in mind, he is keen to distance himself from rumours suggesting he is poised for an imminent move elsewhere.

Happy

"I know how football works, things can appear from nowhere, but I am 100 per cent committed to Bordeaux," said Carrasso. "I feel perfectly happy here and I can't see myself going anywhere else. "I feel there is still work to be done here after a disappointing season and I will not leave with the club in this position. "I am desperate to start the new season. We will talk about what needs to be done over the summer and we will be ready."
