The 23-year-old has been an almost ever present for the Railwaymen after joining last summer.
The former Peterborough man was the subject of interest in January, and that has now increased in the left-back.
Blanchett, who turns 24 in May, will be allowed to leave Gresty Road on a free transfer if he does not agree a new deal with Crewe.
Now Championship side Doncaster and League One leaders Brighton have joined the queue of clubs keen on him.
