Kafoumba Coulibaly is delighted to hear that Premier League scouts are keeping tabs on him.
The Nice midfielder was reportedly watched by a number of English clubs over the weekend, with Wigan, Wolves and Fulham said to be among those leading the chase.
Coulibaly did his hopes of securing a summer switch no harm in a meeting with St Etienne, as he bagged a 25-yard wonder goal.
The Ivorian, who can also operate at full-back, was pleased to have made his mark in that particular game and hopes he caught the eye of the interested spectators in the stands.
"The goal was a bit of a surprise," he told skysports.com.
"I heard through the press that I was being watched, so it was good to score in front of them.
"Hopefully now I can score a few more before the end of the season."
