Brescia defender Jonathan Zebina has admitted he would have welcomed a move to his home-town club Paris St Germain in the summer.
Zebina completed his switch to the Rondinelle from Juventus during the last transfer window, but was linked with a move back to his native land with PSG strongly linked with the 32-year-old stopper.
But the Paris-born centre-back insists he is not seeking a move to the French capital club any time soon.
"I had a great desire to come play for PSG," Zebina, who has made four appearances for Brescia, told RMC in an interview.
"It was an opportunity to revive a great club with a great challenge.
"But there were no conditions in place for this to happen. When the president of Brescia [Gino Corioni] called me and spoke to me in concrete words, I decided to go.
"It is important for a player to feel wanted by a club. PSG was a possibility, not a priority.
"But today, I regret nothing," he concluded.
