Defender available for final three games of the season

Leyton Orient have extended the loan deal of Aston Villa defender Eric Lichaj for the final three games of the season. Lichaj, who spent a spell on loan at Lincoln City earlier in the campaign, has made six appearances in League One since joining Orient last month. The American right-back has now extended that deal and he is available for the games against Millwall, Wycombe Wanderers and Colchester United. Meanwhile, Adrian Patulea is keen to impress Orient manager Russell Slade in order to receive the chance to help his side out of their League One relegation battle. The 25 year-old Romanian has only made one substitute appearance since Slade took over, but has been in imperious form for the reserves, scoring five goals in a recent game against Eastbourne Borough. He told the Epping Forest Guardian: "All of us realise what trouble we're in. Every player wants to play and I expect to have the opportunity to play. "I've been playing in the reserves and in there I've been scoring goals. I've proved my point and now I wait for them (management) to come to me and give me the chance to show my quality. "Being a striker, I'll do my best to score. I have a good rate of scoring goals and that's made me a player who can be sharp in front of goal."
