Tottenham have confirmed that Paul Stalteri has left the club.
The Canadian international defender joined Spurs in 2005 from German outfit Werder Bremen.
However, the arrival of Pascal Chimbonda at White Hart Lane in 2006 saw his chances become limited.
He joined Fulham on loan at the end of last season as he became surplus to requirements under Juande Ramos.
Unfortunately for Stalteri, Harry Redknapp's arrival did little to improve his chances of first-team action, and now the club and player have come to agreement over the remaining six months of his contract.
Stalteri has been linked with a move to the MLS - although Premier League sides Stoke and West Brom are said to be keen on taking him.
