Croatia boss out to upset England's party

Croatia boss Slaven Bilic insists his side will be gunning for a win against England on Wednesday. Despite losing to Macedonia on Saturday, Israel's 2-1 defeat of Russia ensured Croatia qualified for next summer's finals in Austria and Switzerland. England now need a point against Bilic's side to secure qualification, while a two goal victory would guarantee top-spot for Steve McClaren's men. But the former West Ham defender Bilic says his side will be going all out to shatter England's dreams at Wembley. Bilic told the Daily Mirror: "A point at Wembley is always a good result but you can't play for a point.

Serious

"We'll do everything to represent our country in the best possible way. We're coming to play a serious game and try and keep the English players far from our goal, but that's easy to say. "Nobody is favourite when they play away against England so we would be happy for a point but you can't guarantee you'll keep a clean sheet. "It's a big, big match. It's every players dream to play at Wembley. We will play our normal game."
