Manchester United aim to wrap up top spot in Group C and set a UEFA Champions League record in the process against Valencia.
The Red Devils have yet to concede a goal in five European games so far this season and another clean sheet at Old Trafford would see the club become the first to go through the group stage without their defence being breached.
The priority, though, for Sir Alex Ferguson is to ensure United maintain their position at the top of the group in order to avoid the likes of Barcelona and Real Madrid in the last 16.
A point will be enough for United to claim first place and Ferguson plans to field a full-strength side against Valencia.
Team news
United will be fresh for the match after Saturday's Premier League game at Blackpool was postponed and Ferguson is likely to revert to the bulk of the team which thrashed Blackburn Rovers 7-1 late last month.
Wayne Rooney and Dimitar Berbatov are expected to start up front, with Javier Hernandez, who was the match-winner in Valencia, providing the back-up on the bench.
Ryan Giggs made his return from injury in last week's Carling Cup humiliation at West Ham United and will vie with Park Ji-sung for one of the wide berths, with Nani guaranteed to start.
Anderson and Michael Carrick were the midfield two against Blackburn, but Darren Fletcher and Paul Scholes, who was restricted to light running in training on Monday, are also in the equation.
Patrice Evra also had a minimal role in training on Monday, but should be fit to start at left-back, while Michael Owen will not be risked.
Wes Brown and Jonny Evans sat out training in the build-up to the game, so are unlikely to be involved, and Owen Hargreaves and Antonio Valencia are long-term absentees.
Valencia objective
Valencia head to Old Trafford on the back of a 2-0 defeat at Real Madrid and coach Unai Emery is targeting victory in order to go through as group winners.
Emery said: "We've got two objectives: the first was to qualify, the second was to finish top of the group. We've achieved the first and now we're going for the second.
"We want to taste victory at a place like this, which would set our stall out and send out a warning sign to the other clubs. There are lots of big clubs left in the competition and a good result here would give us confidence for the challenges ahead."
Los Che could have a dilemma in goal, with first choice Cesar Sanchez only playing twice in recent weeks just to a hamstring injury and his understudy Miguel Angel Moya out with a torn thigh muscle.
David Navarro, Manuel Fernandes, Mehmet Topal and Jeremy Mathieu are also out, but Miguel could be involved after appearing as a substitute against Real following a brief spell out with a thigh injury.
