Jadson hat-trick batters Basel
Brazilian's treble sets Shakhtar on course for Uefa berth

Shakhtar: Comfortable victory
Shakhtar Dontesk have secured a place in the Uefa Cup after Jadson's hat-trick set them on course for a thumping victory over Basel.
The Champions League knock-out stage was beyond the two sides, with Barcelona and Sporting Lisbon having already qualified, but they were battling it out to finish third in Group C.
And it is the Ukraine champions that ensured they will remain in Europe after a display of clinical finishing in Donetsk.
Jadson opened the scoring in the 32nd minute and fellow Brazilian Willian doubled their lead five minutes after the break.
Hat-trick
Jadson then wrapped up his hat-trick before substitute Yevgen Seleznov compounded Basel's misery by adding a fifth goal 15 minutes from time.
Shakhtar began the game two points ahead of their Swiss visitors and started strongly, with Basel keeper Franco Costanzo turning over a shot by Willian after good work by Jadson.
Costanzo then palmed away a stinging free-kick from Darijo Srna before Shakhtar broke forward from a Basel corner in the 24th minute and Willian sent a 20-yard strike narrowly wide.
The home side finally broke the deadlock just after the half-hour mark from another break, though, as Willian played the ball wide for Tomas Hubschman and Olexiy Gai knocked down his cross for Jadson to stroke the ball home from the edge of the box.
Rare reply
Ivan Ergic sent a long-range shot straight at Andriy Pyatov with a rare Basel effort on the stroke of half-time.
Fernandinho was denied within three minutes of the restart but Shakhtar scored a second moments later as Willian beat Reto Zanni on the left before cutting inside David Abraham and curling the ball inside the far post.
Basel continued to leave themselves open as they chased the game and Willian laid the ball wide for Srna to cross for Jadson to score a four-yard tap-in in the 65th minute.
Basel sub Orhan Mustafi almost bundled the ball home from a corner moments later, but Jadson completed his treble in the 73rd minute when he released Willian before side-footing his cut-back into the roof of the net.
Seleznov then fired past Costanzo just two minutes later after latching onto a Jadson through-ball.
