Turks conduct Mozart move

Fenerbahce have emerged as front-runners in the race for the signature of Reggina's captain Mozart.

The player had been linked to a possible transfer to Italian giants Juventus, but an agreement has yet to be found between the two clubs.

Reggina president Lillo Foti recently revealed that there is great interest in Mozart from teams across Europe, and that the club would be willing to sell their captain should an 'interesting' offer be made.

‚é¼7 million is likely to be the fee that Reggina will demand for Mozart, who is also the subject of interest from CSKA Moscow, Lokomotiv Moscow, Palermo and Fiorentina.

Turkish side Fenerbahce now appear to be in pole position to sign the midfielder, who would be highly interested in linking up with good friend Alex.
