Derby grab late Stoke win

Late goals in each half gave Derby County a much needed 2-1 win at home to Stoke.
In an exciting opening, Derby's Tommy Smith followed a fine run with a fierce shot, but Steve Simonsen was equal to the task. Mounir El Hamdaoui and Inigo Idiakez also went close as the home side dominated early on.
The Potters came back strongly and a Hannes Sigurdsson shot was only kept out by Peter Whittingham's goal line clearance.
Derby took the lead after 45 minutes, Idiakez hitting a sweet strike after a fast break out of defence.
A deflected shot from Carl Hoefkens levelled the scores (59), but Derby grabbed a well deserved win late in the piece, Paul Peschisolido poking home a dramatic late winner (86).
