Hornets hold off Leeds

Watford withstood a period of pressure from Leeds to hold on for a point at Vicarage Road.
Both sides have made promising starts to their Championship campaigns, but neither were able to break the deadlock in a tepid encounter.
Leeds' Rob Hulse rattled the woodwork on 25 minutes as the Yorkshire team had the better of the opening exchanges, but chances were generally few and far between.
Gary Kelly was influential for the visitors, commanding the defence and posing a threat in attack, the full back's teasing cross headed just wide by Jonathan Douglas.
Leeds sub David Healy, who scored for Northern Ireland against England last month, threatened twice when he came on, seeing a header well saved by Ben Foster and a shot fizz past the post.
Watford's best chance fell to Ashley Young late in the match, but goalkeeper Neil Sullivan made a smart save.
