Dave Brammer's last-gasp goal ended Luton Town's unbeaten start to the season by giving Stoke a 2-1 success.

The Hatters battled for everything at The Britannia, but despite taking the lead slipped to their first defeat following promotion from League One.

Luton opened the scoring nine minutes into the contest with Dean Morgan finishing superbly, although things turned sour when they were reduced to ten men.

Steve Howard took exception to Michael Duberry's challenge and his reaction earned him a red card from referee Andy D'Urso.

Stoke regrouped during the interval and levelled matters after 63 minutes when former Preston defender Marlon Broomes headed home from Mamady Sidibe's flick-on.

Luton looked like holding on for a valiant point until injury time when Brammer spectacularly scored lifting The Potters to ninth in The Championship.
