Vaughan stuns Bluebirds

A goal from David Vaughan earned Crewe a share of the points, and left Cardiff ruing missed chances as the spectre of relegation looms large over Ninian Park.
Crewe's recent slump in form has left them looking nervously over their shoulders, and Daniel Gabbidon's goal after 21 minutes had put the hosts in control.
However, despite having the lion's share of the chances, Vaughan grabbed a crucial leveller for Crewe and left City level on points with third bottom Gillingham.
Returning forward Alan Lee headed wide with an early chance, and Junichi Inamoto forced Crewe keeper Ben Williams into a save.
Gabbidon then broke the deadlock with a fine 25-year free kick that left Williams with no chance.
Vaughan fired a shot straight at Neil Alexander on a rare foray forward for Crewe, whilst Jobi McAnuff fired wide when well placed.
Crewe's equaliser came 12 minutes into the second half when Steve Jones squirmed free before releasing Vaughan - who made no mistake with the finish.
Lee Bullock glanced a header wide and Cameron Jerome fired a shot over as the lowest crowd of the season, just over 10,000, were left fuming at final whistle.
