Watford came from behind to earn a replay with Fulham after a 1-1 draw at Vicarage Road.
Heidar Helguson's penalty cancelled out Zat Knight's early opener to give Watford another bite of the cherry at Craven Cottage in a fortnight.
Fulham started the better of the two sides and it came as no surprise when Knight headed home Mark Pembridge's cross into the net.
Watford missed a great chance to draw level on 26 minutes with Devlin getting his header all wrong when well placed.
The home side were gifted the chance to equalise three minutes before the break when they won a penalty after Liam Fontaine was adjudged to have felled Hameur Bouazza inside the box.
Helguson stepped up to take the spot kick and he coolly converted past Edwin van der Sar.
Andy Cole and Collins John has chances early on in the second half to restore Fulham's lead, but Alec Chamberlain proved equal to their efforts.
Helguson should have given Watford the lead when he somehow managed to head over the crossbar from just six yards.
Van der Sar also produced a fine save to keeping a stinging drive Gavin Mahon.
Fulham almost won it nine minutes from time when Malbranque was unlucky to strike the crossbar, but Watford held on for a draw and a replay at Craven Cottage.
