Peter Murphy's headed goal maintained Wycombe's impressive start to League Two with a 2-1 win against Mansfield.
The Chairboys, who have lost just one of their opening six league games, fell behind after four minutes when Matt Rhead scored for Mansfield. But Paul Hayes equalised from the spot on the half-hour mark and Murphy completed the comeback late on. Mansfield were the better starters as Rakish Bingham tested Matt Ingram twice in the opening exchanges. But the Stags weren't to be denied for long and took the lead when Rhead headed home unchallenged from Adam Murray's fourth-minute corner. Wycombe were given a lifeline on 30 minutes when Hayes tucked away a penalty after Martin Riley was adjudged to have handled in the box. The hosts had to wait until the 77th minute to find the winner, with Murphy converting from close range after Hayes' delightful header across goal, before Stags boss Paul Cox was sent to the stands in added time for abusing the fourth official.
