Darius Henderson's goal helped Leyton Orient stretch their unbeaten away run to 13 matches with a 2-0 victory against Doncaster.
Henderson, a former Doncaster schoolboy, hammered home a brilliant 25-yard shot from a difficult angle following a corner to add to Jay Simpson's first-half goal. Rovers did most of the attacking throughout but were a defensive shambles and Orient snatched the lead after just two minutes. Simpson latched onto a loose ball and turned his marker inside out before slotting home in fine style from close range. Doncaster had several chances to hit back but missed the lot with James Coppinger firing straight at the keeper from point-blank range. The home side had claims for a penalty ignored when Elliot Omozusi appeared to handle just before the interval and the game was as good as over when Henderson added the second. Nathan Tyson was inches away from pulling one back in the 76th minute but his failure to convert summed up Doncaster's night.
