Go Ahead Eagles recorded their first win of the Eredivisie season with a 1-0 success at home to Willem II.
Bart Vriends scored the only goal of the match after 64 minutes, but his evening lasted just another five minutes before he was sent off.
The visitors were already down to 10 men, Jonas Heymans having been dismissed 10 minutes into the second half.
The win moved Go Ahead on to four points from four games, one more than their opponents.
