Lorient twice fought back from behind to take a share of the spoils from a 3-3 draw with out-of-form Bordeaux.
The visitors had lost three games in a row going into the match but took an early lead at Stade du Moustoir through a Cheick Diabate penalty.
Lorient levelled through Vincent Aboubakar but found themselves 3-1 down before the half-hour mark as Gregory Sertic and Henri Saivet put Francis Gillot's in control of the game.
Kevin Monnet-Paquet pulled a goal back on the stroke of half-time and the hosts grabbed an equaliser when Sadio Diallo struck on 58 minutes to earn a point.
Diabate made no mistake from the spot on seven minutes after a penalty had been awarded for a handball by Aboubakar, who made amends by converting Monnet-Paquet's cross 15 minutes later.
Bordeaux were back in front almost immediately as Sertic rifled a long-range shot past Lorient goalkeeper Fabien Audard, with Saivet's superb individual effort shortly afterwards doubling the visitors' lead.
Aboubakar forced a smart save out of Cedric Carrasso as Lorient looked to find a way back in to the game.
It came right on half-time as Bordeaux defender Maxime Poundje's poor clearance fell to Monnet-Paquet, who tucked away his chance with aplomb.
Lorient had the better of the opening stages of the second half with Fabien Robert clipping a post and Diallo testing Carrasso from close range.
The Rennes loanee went one better shortly afterwards as he controlled Yann Jouffre's pass on his chest and shot low past the Bordeaux goalkeeper to level the game.
The hosts were the side most likely to snatch all three points but Diallo missed a one-on-one and Robert saw a late volley fly past the post.
