Accrington v AFC Wimbledon preview

Image: Lee Molyneux: Back at Crewe

Team news for Saturday's League Two clash between Accrington Stanley and AFC Wimbledon at Crown Park.

Lee Molyneux is unavailable for Accrington against AFC Wimbledon after his loan spell expired. The midfielder re-joined Stanley from Crewe on a 93-day loan and helped them secure their Football League status for another season, which they did last weekend, before returning to his parent club. Molyneux missed the win over Oxford through injury anyway so boss James Beattie could elect to play the same XI for a contest which means little between two sides now well clear of the bottom two. Loanees like full-back Adam Buxton and goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli are scheduled to make their final appearances for Accrington. Ross Worner returns in goal for AFC Wimbledon when they head to Accrington. Boss Neal Ardley gave Seb Brown a farewell outing in the Dons' final home game of the season, last weekend's 3-0 defeat by Morecambe, as the popular keeper is set to leave Kingsmeadow in the summer. Winger Kevin Sainte-Luce is struggling with a knee injury and Rhys Weston (knee) and Charlie Strutton (broken leg) are long-term absentees. Striker Charlie Sheringham is available after completing a loan spell with Skrill Premier League side Salisbury.
