Pat Baldwin: Pushing for a recall

Pat Baldwin: Pushing for a recall

Team news for Saturday's League Two clash between Exeter and Dagenham & Redbridge at St James Park.

Paul Tisdale looks likely to shuffle his pack as Exeter aim to end their five-month wait for a home win.

The Grecians have not tasted victory on home soil since a memorable 3-1 win over arch-rivals Plymouth in early October and boss Tisdale could hand recalls to attacker Eliot Richards and experienced defender Pat Baldwin.

A number of City's regulars played 120 minutes on Tuesday night as their under-21s were knocked out of the Premier League Cup by Burnley and it remains to be seen whether the likes of Matt Grimes, Tom Nichols, Jimmy Keohane and Dave Wheeler will be ready for another start after their midweek efforts.

City have not won in four games and know victory against the Daggers would help ease relegation worries.

Dagenham will again be without forward Zavon Hines for their trip to the Grecians.

Hines has been ruled out for around two to three weeks with an injury which forced him to miss last Saturday's goalless draw against Mansfield.

Afolabi Obafemi is back in training after his ankle problem but needs game time before being considered for first-team action.

Defender Jack Connors is expected to return to the fold having been unavailable last weekend due to illness as the Daggers target what would only be a third win in 15 attempts.
