Image: Danny Emerton: Broken nose rules him out

Team news for Saturday's League Two clash between Northampton and York at Sixfields Stadium.

Northampton will be without Danny Emerton for the visit of York as they look to record back-to-back league wins for the first time this season. The midfielder suffered a badly-broken nose in last weekend's 2-1 success at Newport and will be forced to watch from the stands against the Minstermen. Left-back Joe Widdowson missed out altogether against County due to a shoulder problem and he continues to be ruled out. Mathias Doumbe, Ian Morris, Clive Platt, Kelvin Langmead, Lewis Hornby and Alex Nicholls all remain sidelined due to injury. York's new signing Russell Penn is expected to make his debut at Northampton. Midfielder Penn, who arrived on a permanent deal from Cheltenham this week, is likely to go straight into the starting line-up in place of Tom Platt or Lewis Montrose. Striker Ryan Jarvis is hoping to overcome a thigh strain in time after missing last week's home win against Dagenham, although Ryan Bowman may keep his place alongside Wes Fletcher after scoring his fifth goal of the season. Boss Nigel Worthington has no new injury or suspension problems as his side chase a third straight win for the first time this season.
