James Henry: Got the equaliser

James Henry: Got the equaliser

Wolves came back from two-goals down to draw 3-3 with Rotherham in controversial fashion at the New York Stadium.

When promotion favourites Wolves grabbed a 10th-minute lead things looked ominous for the Millers.

James Henry drove a low free-kick into the home penalty area and central defender Danny Batth stooped to turn his header into the net.

But the lead last just 60 seconds. Ben Pringle's corner was headed back out to him and from his second cross Nouha Dicko stole in at the near post to turn the ball home.

Rotherham then rocked Wolves by taking the lead after 37 minutes. Pringle swung over a high cross from the left and Kieran Agard got up above his marker to loop his header back over the goalkeeper and into the back of the net.

And former Wolves loanee Dicko added a third for Steve Evans' side shortly after half-time when he headed home another Pringle cross.

But just before the hour mark referee Michael Oliver stunned everyone in the ground, including the Wolves supporters behind the goal, when he spotted a handball and pointed to the penalty spot. Bakery Sako made no mistake from 12 yards out.

And with 64 minutes on the clock Wanderers were back on level terms when Henry picked the ball up on the half way line and simply ran through the heart of the home defence to plant his shot under goalkeeper Adam Collin's despairing dive.
