Nahki Wells: Netted treble for Bradford
A Nahki Wells hat-trick helped Bradford twice come from behind to earn a late 3-3 draw with Coventry at Valley Parade.
Four goals in the opening half hour really brought the game to life, with the visitors racing into a 2-0 lead, only to be pegged back straight away.
A mix-up between Bradford goalkeeper Jon McLaughlin and Rory McArdle allowed Andy Webster to give his side the lead, and another error from McArdle allowed Leon Clarke to extend Coventry's advantage.
However, the Sky Blues' rearguard was wasn't devoid of errors, as several missed clearances allowed Wells to pounce, putting his side back in it, and then he added another, levelling just before the half-hour mark.
But the home side undid all their hard work prior to the interval, allowing Wilson time and space to squeeze a powerful effort in at the near post.
After such a glut of first-half goals, the second wasn't quite as pulsating, but there was late drama after Jordan Clarke handled in the box deep into stoppage time, and Wells stepped up to complete his hat-trick and earn the home side a precious point.
The result sees the Bantams sit in seventh, with Coventry remaining 12th.
