  1. The final whistle blows and Everton are the deserved winners. An impressive success for the home side, who extend their winning run to six. Arsenal didn't perform to their best today and will need Everton to slip up somewhere along the line if they are to finish in the top four again.

  2. 90+2

Sanogo has the ball in the net at the other end but he was offside and there's no consolation.

  3. 90+1

Deulofeu is well dispossessed by Sagna before Mirallas finds plenty of space on the left. He feeds McGeady but doesn't make full use of the situation.

  4. 90

A coming-together between Ross Barkley and Mikel Arteta after the ball is cleared results in a yellow card for the Arsenal man. That looked harsh as Barkley cleared shoved the former Toffee to the ground. Perhaps it was his complaints that upset the referee so much, but Barkley lucky whatever.

  5. 89

The corner is headed away before Ramsey's cross from the left is gathered at the near post by Howard.

  6. 88

Corner to Arsenal on the right after Mirallas watches it behind thinking he's won a goal kick.

  7. 87

Another penalty shout from the Arsenal fans but Stones quite clearly chested the ball away.

  8. 87

Lukaku coming off for Everton's final change. On-loan Barcelona players Gerard Deulofeu comes on on his place.

  9. 86

Thunderous strike from Oxlade-Chamberlin and a fine stop from Howard. The midfielder unleashes from 25 yards on his right foot but the 'keeper just fingertips it onto the crossbar.

  10. 85

Shout for an Arsenal penalty and it does look a clumsy tackle from Barry on Oxlade-Chamberlin, but the referee is unmoved.

  11. 83

Oxlade-Chamberlin's throughball for Ramsey is over hit. Neither have made much of an impact since coming on, but the damage was already done.

  12. 82

Good skill from McGeady and his cross forces Mertesacker into an unorthodox clearance. Arsenal try to come forward through Ramsey but there's no real urgency and the Toffees are back in position.

  13. 81

A second change for Everton now sees Steven Naismith brought off for Aiden McGeady.

  14. 80

Baines tries to get in on the act, creeping into space in the Arsenal box, but Sagna gets back to make the challenge.

  15. 78

Oxlade-Chamberlin thinks he's found some space on the edge of the Everton area but he's closed down before he can get his shot away. At the other end, Mertesacker deals with the bouncing ball under pressure from Lukaku.

  16. 77

Coleman tries to beat his man on the right flank but overruns the ball out for a throw. A return pass to Lukaku looked the obvious choice there.

  17. 76

Sanogo given offside before skewing his shot well wide of the goal.

  18. 75

Arsenal lose the ball on the edge of the Everton box again and the Blues set off on another break. The pass out towards Naismith is just too strong.

  19. 74

Very little pressure on the ball when Everton have it and they are now completely dominating possession. Barkley at walking pace, onto McCarthy and back to Distin. It's all very easy.

  20. 73

Lukaku on the run again and he follows a few step-overs with a good pass back into the Everton midfield to keep possession. Arsenal there for the taking now.
