  1. 90+3

FT: It's all over at Goodison Park and Everton are 1-0 winners as second-half substitute Romelu Lukaku converted Leighton Baines' low cross. The Toffees were good value for their lead and climb to sixth in the Premier League. 1-0.

  2. 90+2

Pienaar skips away from a few challenges before winning a corner off Collins. Baines is in no hurry to take.

  3. 90+1

We are into a minimum of three minutes stoppage time at Goodison Park and it's Everton doing all of the attacking. They look to be in control.

  4. 90

Downing's delivery is wasteful and Howard can easily collect it from the air when West Ham had men forward in the box.

Leighton Baines goes into the book after tugging on Andy Carroll's arm before tripping the big striker. Free-kick to West Ham in a decent crossing position. Noble and Downing eye it.

  6. 88

Barkley is involved for the first time and he skips away from Noble before firing a left-footed effort well wide. He's claiming a corner but a goalkick is awarded.

  7. 87

Reid steers Baines corner behind and Everton can go again. Lukaku is in there but Nolan can eventually hoof up field to clear West Ham's lines.

  8. 86

McGeady wins a corner off McCartney down the right and Baines comes across to take. They're still pressing for another.

Everton make their final change as Steven Naismith leaves the field to a standing ovation as Ross Barkley takes his place.

  10. 84

Barry plays in Lukaku on the edge of the area. With his back to goal and closely tracked by Collins, he does well to turn before blazing over the bar.

  11. 82

It seemed as though it just wasn't Everton's day in front of goal but Lukaku finished with aplomb there. Baines did well down the left to pick him out and the striker made no mistake, guiding it low past the helpless Adrian.

  12. 81

GOAL! Romelu Lukaku breaks the deadlock to give Everton the lead, firing home from Baines' cut-back. 1-0.

  13. 80

West Ham make their final change of the day as Winston Reid replaces Guy Demel who has had a strong afternoon.

  14. 79

  15. 78

Carroll wins a free-kick on the half way line after tussling with Barry. The home fans are not impressed but Collins will launch this long.

  16. 76

Those long balls forward are causing Everton a few problems, especially with Nolan pushed forward. He takes it down again in the box but finds himself outnumbered and the hosts clear.

  17. 75

There's a good chance for West Ham as Nolan cushions the long ball to tee-up the arriving Carroll. On the half-volley, he lashes the strike high and wide and is visibly frustrated that he didn't hit the target there.

  20. 72

Carroll does excellently to take the ball down from the air with his chest before waiting for support. He gets it through Noble who storms onto it before blazes over the bar.
