  1. 90+7

    FT: Liverpool 2 Chelsea 2.

  2. 90+7

What an incredible ending to the game. The morning papers will reflect on a bite from Suarez on Ivanovic earlier in the game, but following Sturridge's supreme defence-splitting ball, Suarez slips in and heads Liverpool level with the last kick of the game.

  3. 90+7

  4. 90+6

Suarez goes for glory with a smashing shot towards the top corner, but it's a simple save in the end for Cech and that may be it here at Anfield

  5. 90+4

Yet another chance for Liverpool, albeit a harder one for Henderson, who tries to control Suarez's flick but can only stab the ball aimlessly wide.

  6. 90+3

It's Shelvey that the corner falls to, but given his form since his arrival he was probably the last person Reds fans wanted to see collect the ball as he fires wildly into the crowd from 20 yards.

  7. 90+2

Shelvey wins Liverpool a corner as the Kop roars Liverpool on to secure a late equaliser.

  8. 90+1

There are six minutes added time to be played.

  9. 90

Late Chelsea change as Mata is replaced by Lampard.

  10. 89

Benayoun aims a powerful ball in for Torres, but the striker was left with a lot to do and Carragher lets it roll to Reina as Liverpool begin again from the back for their next attack.

  11. 87

Bertrand is tackled by Sturridge, and it wasn't a great one, but Liverpool play on, win themselves a corner and Chelsea are left vehemently unhappy as a result.

  12. 86

Torres appeals for a penalty as he tussles with Carragher, but the referee waves away his claims before Gerrard draws a good save from Cech at the other end moments later.

  13. 85

What a miss. Henderson feeds in Shelvey as Chelsea are stretched, but the substitute fluffs his lines and drags his shot wide from 10 yards when the goal was gaping. A big moment in this match.

  14. 84

Shelvey plays the ball down the wrong side of Gerrard as the Liverpool captain surged forward, and the Reds could do with a spark of magic here as the fatigue looks to be setting in.

  15. 83

Oscar hobbles off following that tackle, as Moses takes the place of the stricken midfielder.

  16. 82

Shelvey needed just two minutes to get booked, with a late lunge on Oscar securing his place in the referee's notebook.

  17. 81

Shelvey is immediately in the thick of things as he wins Liverpool a throw-in, but after solid possesion from the Reds, Ramires reclaims before running into trouble in the form of Carragher.

  18. 80

Downing makes way for Liverpool as Shelvey replaces him.

  19. 78

Hazard heads off for Chelsea with ex-Red Benayoun taking to the field.

  20. 77

Sublime skill from Downing as he ghosts his way into the penalty box before firing a horrific left-footed shot near the corner flag.

  21. 76

Two successive Liverpool corners are cleared, before Enrique speculatively launches a cross/shot at goal from 30 yards which Cech sees all the way.

  22. 74

  23. 73

Sturridge had Suarez on the overlap, but his pass lacked the power to beat Luiz, who intercepted excellently to end the attack.

  24. 72

Sturridge plays in Suarez, but a heavy ball out wide to Downing gives him a lot to do. He gets a delivery in, but Azpilicueta clears at the far post and Chelsea rid the danger.

  27. 67

With a pretty big wall in front of him, Suarez lets rip but it's a woeful effort that ends up drifting some way wide.

  28. 66

The corner comes to nothing, but as a second delivery is lifted in, Carragher falls under Luiz and despite his claims it should be a penalty, a free-kick on the edge of the box is the correct outcome.

  29. 65

Oscar carelessly gives the ball straight to Suarez as Liverpool advance, with Gerrard earning his side a corner following that Oscar blunder.

Yellow card for Torres for unleashing an elbow on Carragher as both men vied for the ball.

  54. 36

Lucas looks to bend the ball into the ball of Downing, but the pace of the ball makes it impossible to meet and it's a Chelsea goal-kick.

  55. 34

Ramires chooses not to shot from range, and a neat passage of play comes to an end as Agger steps in on Torres. Had that have gone in it would have been sublime from Chelsea.

  56. 33

The pace of Coutinho ensures the ball is kept alive at the byline, but upon lifting it through to Suarez, the striker's poke towards the near post sees Cech claim.

  57. 32

A wasteful ball in from Downing sails over the heads of all concerned in the penalty area and the ball ends up rolling out for a Chelsea throw-in.

  60. 29

Henderson collects the first booking of the game, tripping Ramires as he surged forward and Luiz will be liking the look of this free-kick.

  61. 28

The goal came against the run of play to an extent, but Chelsea look quite composed now as they knock the ball around in midfield.

  62. 26

A Mata corner is directed perfectly past Reina via the head of Oscar, who had a lot to do ahead of Carragher, and Chelsea take the lead at Anfield after 26 minutes.

  63. 26

  64. 25

Lovely link-up from Liverpool as Enrique begins and carries on a move involving Suarez, before the final cut-back from the striker just travels behind the full-back as Chelsea clear.

Johnson and Luiz collide following a run from the Liverpool man, but as Luiz intercepts, a trip by Johnson sees Chelsea win the free-kick.

  75. 11

Chelsea remain yet to generate a full-blown attack, and as Enrique battles with Hazard, the Reds full-back wins the exchange and earns his side a throw-in.

  76. 10

Tidy play from Liverpool ends up with Coutinho delicately flicking the ball into Suarez's path, but Cech reads the situation and comes out promptly to meet the ball.

Chelsea kick off and get this crunch Premier League clash underway.

  85. To a fairly warm welcome, Rafa Benitez arrives back into the Anfield atmosphere he experienced for six years and we're now moments away from kick-off.

  86. Rafa's return to Anfield sees the Blues rated a 12/5 shot for the three points and the perfect response to Tottenham's win over Man City. Liverpool are 23/10 with the draw at 5/2. Luis Suarez, a constant torment for Chelsea in recent years, is 5/1 to open the scoring and you can get 40/1 for him to strike first in a 2-0 home win. Fernando Torres is an 8/1 chance to score on his return to Merseyside.
