  1. 18:00

Congratulations to Swansea who lift their first major domestic trophy in its centenary year. Although the scoreline may suggest otherwise, both teams are winners today, with Bradford doing incredibly well to reach this far and experience the occassion here at Wembley. Thank you for joining me today, I hope you enjoyed the game.

  2. 90+3

It's all over and Swansea have won the Capital One Cup comprehensively. 5-0 to the Swans who were simply superb today. Bradford were overrun completely and you had to feel for them when Duke was sent off with still over half an hour to play.

  3. 90+2

Third time lucky for Swansea, who had initially seen Michu's shot well saved by Mclaughlin, then Routledge's effort hit the underside of the crossbar before finally securing their fifth goal with de Guzman sliding in to convert Lamah's low cross from the right.

  4. 90+2

De Guzman scores his second and it is 5-0 to Swansea!

  5. 90+1

Three minutes have been added for stoppage time.

  6. 90

Doyle pumps the ball into the box and Hanson wins his header but can't direct it towards Davies.

  7. 89

Free-kick in Swansea's half for Bradford now, as Tiendalli fouls Hines.

  8. 88

Huge cheers again for Bradford as they record their first attempt on goal with a tame effort by Jones from a distance.

  9. 87

Jones delivers a good corner, but Williams does really well to head clear ahead of Davies.

  10. 87

Bradford celebrate a corner like a goal as de Guzman clears behind. They are desperate for a goal to take home with them.

  11. 86

Lamah tries to travel into the box from the right wing without using any help, but runs into trouble and it is a goal kick.

  12. 85

Last switch for Swansea now, Tiendalli coming on for Davies.

  13. 83

Exhibition stuff now from Swansea as they move further forward, with Hernandez and Routledge in particular showing quick feet to keep the ball moving.

  14. 82

No change on the possession front, with Swansea continuing to pass the ball without any real pressure from an exhausted Bradford side.

  15. 80

Routledge drifts the corner back into the midfield and Swansea resume their passing game, before Williams is caught offside on the left wing.

  16. 79

Michu's pass forward is cut out by McHugh, but Swansea continue to press inside Bradford's half. They now have corner.

  17. 78

There will be no hattrick for Dyer. He is being replaced by Lamah.

  18. 76

Hanson loses the ball in midfield and Swansea look to capitalise as Michu passes to Dyer, but can't make anything of it as he is outmuscled off the ball.

  19. 75

They may be four down, but the Bradford fans are having a great time, waving their flags and singing their support for the team. So they should, this is a monumental day for them regardless of the result.

  20. 74

Bradford make their final substitution, Hines coming on for Thompson.
