1. FULL-TIME: European champions Chelsea will meet South American champions Corinthians in the final after dispatching Monterrey at the Nissan Stadium in Yokohama. Juan Mata opened the scoring following a delightful move and they came out firing in the second half, scoring a quick-fire double by Fernando Torres and an unfortunate own goal from Darvin Chavez. Aldo De Nigris scored a late consolation, but Rafa Benitez would have been delighted with his side's overall performance. They'll now hope to become Club World Cup champions for the first time in their history on Sunday.

2. The 29-year-old Mexican International deservedly gets his goal deep in stoppage time and Monterrey get their consolation goal. There's a real lack of defending as De Nigris is given too much time and space to slot away his effort into the far corner. Bang goes my 3-0 prediction too!

They deservedly took the lead through Mata after 17 minutes following a superb move involving Oscar and Ashley Cole down the left. Jesus Corona and striker Aldo De Nigris have been the biggest threat for the Mexican outfit.

But looking at the bench maybe it is not the best time for that because some injuries at the back four can cause troubles I guess.'
