Portuguese open Champions League campaign with win
Lucho Gonzales and Steven Defour scored late in each half as Porto collected a 2-0 victory over Dinamo Zagreb in their opening match in Group A.
Gonzales pounced to score the first on 41 after home keeper Ivan Kelava had deflected a cross from Alex Sandro into his path.
And Defour made the game safe when he added a second from Christian Atsu's assist.
Dinamo, who were out-played before the break, enjoyed their best moments in the second half.
First, keeper Helton denied Tonel who came close to claiming a 63rd minute equaliser with an acrobatic bicycle kick.
And Helton produced an even better save 12 minutes from time following a Bryan Carrasco header.
But with time running out, Porto sealed three points on the break when Defour converted Atsu's cross from the left.
