The Red Devils will want to get straight back on the horse and Rooney will want his name back in the first XI. So I can see a dominant utd performance, I'll even stretch as far as 3-0 with Rooney, RVP and Valencia all on target.'

96. Gabriel Sutton is considerably more talkative than JS. He says: 'This a game that Ferguson has to get the squad rotation right. He needs a quick reaction from his players after their poor first half display against Tottenham at the weekend but Man U seem to be out of reliable options at centre-back. If he introduces Anderson for this one that should inject them with a bit of energy but even then I can see Cluj making a good game of this. 3-2 to Man United.'

98. If I was forced into a bet I think I'd be on the 7/4 about Man Utd winning to nil. I know the Chuckle Brothers could have defended better than Rio Ferdinand and Jonny Evans on Saturday but Cluj are no Spurs and Fergie will demand a clean sheet tonight.
