  1. Ba's late own goal rescues Sunderland a 1-1 draw with 10-man Newcastle in another feisty Wear-Tyne derby. Cabaye's third minute goal had looked like it was set to give Alan Pardew's visitors the three points at the Stadium of Light. And the result would have been all the more impressive for Newcastle given they had to play 65 minutes with a man deficit after Tiote's foolish red card. Stay with us for all the post-match reaction.

  2. 90 + 4

  3. 90 + 3

Newcastle just about survive the corner, with Gutierrez making an excellent challenge on Vaughan.

  4. 90 + 2

A brilliant touch from Fletcher brings the ball out of the sky and sets up Gardner. His shot is deflected for a corner.

  5. 90 + 1

Williamson heads Cabaye's corner at the back post. But Saha can clear and send Sunderland on the attack.

  6. 90

ADDED TIME: Corner to Newcastle as the match enters four minutes of added time before the final whistle.

  7. 89

Sunderland remain on the attack and Saha sends a 20-yard effort daisy-cutting just past the far post.

  8. 88

Vital header from Santon to take a cross away from the back post. O'Neill is right on the edge of his technical area and shouting at his players.

  9. 87

Cabaye goes in the book for a foolish challenge. Newcastle are going to be on the ropes for the closing minutes.

  10. Williamson giving away the free-kick proves costly. Larsson sends the ball into the box, O'Shea heads towards goal and it deflects off Ba to leave Krul flat-footed and with no chance. The Stadium of Light comes to life.

  11. 85

    OWN GOAL BA (1-1)!!!

  12. 84

Williamson goes in the book after a body-check on Saha. He took one for the team, as Saha looked to be breaking clear on the attack.

  13. 84

Newcastle respond with a change of their own. Ben Arfa is going off to be replaced by Obertan.

  14. 83

O'Neill makes another change by replacing the ineffective Johnson with Vaughan.

  15. 82

Sunderland win yet another corner. Larsson's corner is flicked on at the near post. Saha meets the ball at the far post and in space but he side-foots wide.

  16. 81

Cabaye leads a Newcastle counter-attack. But his pass gives a very tired looking Ba too much to do and Sunderland can defend

  17. 80

There are just 10 minutes left of normal time for Sunderland to find a way back into this game. It is easy to see why they have struggled for goals so far this season.

  18. 79

Coloccini cannot continue, although he does seem to be okay and is jogging off the pitch. Taylor comes on in his place.

  19. 78

Another corner to Sunderland. Krul fumbles Larsson's delivery but Cuellar cannot capitalise and Newcastle crowd out the defender.

  20. 77

Pardew used the break in play to speak to his midfielders and give them some orders for the final 13 minutes of this match.
