  1. Thanks for tuning in this evening. Stay with Sky Sports for the full match report and all the reaction.

  2. It's more woe for QPR and West Ham get their first away win this season as they beat the hosts 2-1 at Loftus Road.

  3. 90+6

Zamora helps the ball on for Cisse but he's closed down by the Hammers defence. At the other end Carroll tries two shots in quick succession but is denied the first by Cesar before firing over.

  4. 90+5

Collins comes in with a tackle to halt a Taarabt run. Carroll turns and is brought down by Nelsen, which is just what the Hammers need in these dying minutes.

  5. 90+4

Collins shields the ball from Cisse down the left of the Hammers half and wins a throw for the visitors. QPR's chances of a comeback are looking slimmer and slimmer.

  6. 90+4

It's actually eight West Ham players that have been cautioned, while QPR have got three yellow cards - two going to the dismissed Diakite.

  7. 90+3

I've lost count of Hammers players that have been booked tonight. Tomkins gets the latest for time-wasting.

  8. 90+2

Another fine save from Jaaskelainen sees him keep the Hammers' lead intact as Faurlin tries his luck with a decent shot.

  9. 90+1

Collins tries to head a long QPR ball clear but it doesn't go far and the hosts are still pushing in these late stages.

  10. 90

A whopping six minutes of injury time are added. Enough time for a QPR comeback?

  11. 90

Noble and Mbia clash, with the latter leading with his elbow, and Allardyce is not pleased on the touchline as his man goes down but nothing is given.

  12. 89

Zamora lays the ball back for Cisse, who tries a shot, and it appears to take a deflection to make it awkward for Jaaskelainen but the keeper deals with it.

  13. 89

Vaz Te makes a charge down the right but his cross is tame in the end and doesn't trouble Cesar, who collects easily.

  14. 88

Vaz Te is back on his feet and there's more handbags with Hill after that clash but play resumes. Granero does well to get a cross into the box but it's Carroll that clears.

  15. 87

Hill and Vaz Te are involved in a tangle and Cesar comes over to tell the Hammers player to get up, obviously thinking he's time-wasting.

  16. 86

Taarabt goes for goal from range with the free-kick but he can't keep his shot down. The minutes are trickling down but there's still a hint of a QPR comeback.

  17. 85

Hoilett introduces himself with a strong run and draws a foul from Nolan, earning a free-kick for QPR from a good position.

  18. 85

Hughes makes another bold change as Onuoha goes off for Hoilett.

  19. 84

Nolan lays a great pass on for Carroll but the striker can't reach it. QPR prepare to make another change.

  20. 83

Carroll and Vaz Te both look to greet Jarvis' cross from the left but can't latch onto it and it goes behind and back to Cesar.

  21. 82

Jarvis feeds McCartney out on the left as West Ham apply some pressure. They're in no hurry as they trade passes around the QPR box.

  22. 81

Onuoha is frustrated after firing in a wasted ball after some good build-up from Granero and Faurlin.

  23. 80

Carroll chests down the ball in the box and helps it on to Vaz Te, who drives a shot at Cesar, prompting a stretched save from the keeper.

  24. 79

Jarvis lifts a brilliant cross into the box at the last minute but there are no takers as Hill leaps to head it clear.

  25. 78

Yet another West Ham player gets a yellow card as James Collins goes in the book.

  26. 77

Carroll piles in to latch onto a Hammers corner but doesn't get the chance as the Hoops' defence intervene. The hosts are still trying to get organised after that sending off.

  27. 76

Diakite is sent for an early bath after his second yellow as he slides in with a challenge on Demel.

  28. 76

Vaz Te attempts to put a ball in the box for Carroll but it deflects off Hill and is cleared by Onuoha.

  29. 75

QPR are throwing themselves forward again as Zamora and Granero pair up, looking for a way through, but the ball goes out for a Hammers throw.

  30. 74

Noble's corner is put straight behind by Nelsen for another, and the midfielder steps up to try his luck again. It's Cesar that comes out to punch it clear this time.

  31. 73

Jarvis picks up a rogue ball and charges into the QPR box but delays his cross to Carroll and has to settle for a corner.

  32. 72

After missing that big chance, Cole makes way for the returning Andy Carroll, back from injury.

  33. 72

Taarabt puts a wonderful ball through for Cisse but he fires his shot from a tight angle straight at Jaaskelainen.

  34. 71

Noble lifts in a long-range free-kick for the Hammers and Cole is there with the header down but his effort is cleared.

  35. 69

Cole and Nolan are the latest players to earn bookings and Allardyce is furious with the ref, with five of his players now on yellow cards.

  36. 68

Nolan slips through Cole after what could have been a costly slip from Diakite but the striker drags his shot wide as a golden chance goes begging.

  37. 67

Jaaskelainen earns a booking for time-wasting as he appears to dither over a goal-kick and the keeper is far from happy.

  38. 66

Granero comes extremely close for QPR, picking up a terrific ball from Cisse and trying a shot, but Jaaskelainen holds firm with a one-handed save.

  39. 65

Taarabt cuts through a ball meant for Zamora but it just gets away from the striker and goes back to Jaaskelainen.

  40. 65

Noble gets the ball away to Vaz Te after some tricky play by Taarabt at the other end but Diakite wins it back.

  41. 64

Taarabt brilliantly flicks a ball on for Cisse in the box and he's obstructed by Demel. The striker has little to say about it but Hughes is calling for a penalty on the touchline.

  42. 63

There's another booking for West Ham and a free-kick for QPR after McCartney commits a needless foul on Diakite.

  43. 62

West Ham's resulting corner is defended by the Hoops. Carroll is once again warming up and could be called upon by Allardyce after that Taarabt goal.

  44. 61

The Hammers come close after Diakite loses the ball on the edge of the other box, with Cole trying a cheeky backheel from a cross, but he can't pull it off.

  45. 59

Another booking goes to Diakite for a foul as West Ham win a free-kick from range, but nothing comes of it as the Hoops defence hold firm.

  46. It's a special strike from the Moroccan substitute as he skips his way inside before unleashing a looping shot into the top right-hand corner. He's booked for his celebration but that goal could swing things in QPR's favour.

  47. 57

  48. 56

Captain Park goes off for Diakite, while Wright-Phillips makes way for Taarabt as manager Hughes tries to inspire a comeback in his side.

  49. 55

Faurlin slots a ball through for Cisse as QPR try to build something down the left. It goes out and the Hoops prepare to make a double change.

  50. 54

Cisse tries to cut a pass back as the Hoops press again but Collins is there to clear. Taarabt, back from injury, is warming up on the touchline for the hosts.

  51. 53

Advantage goes to the hosts after an apparent Cole foul. Mbia lifts a ball in, looking for Cisse, but Tomkins heads it clear.

  52. 52

Cisse looks for a gap through in midfield after a spell of QPR passing play but his ball is intercepted as West Ham pounce back on possession.

The Hammers win a throw down the right of the QPR half but Hill nods the ball away and Granero helps it on.

  55. 49

Faurlin looks for Zamora in the West Ham box but the striker is beyond his reach and the ball goes back to Jaaskelainen.

  56. 48

Jarvis does well to slide a lovely ball into the box which is cleared as far as Nolan. Diame snatches it up and comes close with a powerful shot.

  57. 47

Tomkins rises to meet the second corner but can't get underneath the ball. Park gets the ball away and Collins knocks it out for a QPR throw.

  58. 47

The Hammers win an early corner this half, which Noble steps up to take. His effort sails right across towards Tomkins and Demel wins another corner for the visitors.

  59. 46

We're back underway in West London and it's the Hammers that get us started this half, with Nolan and Noble kicking things off.

  60. 20.52

  61. That half ends QPR 0 West Ham 2 and the home side are booed off by their own fans at the break. Can they turn this around?

  62. 45+5

Nelsen goes close to bundling home Granero's free-kick but the flag is up anyway.

  63. 45+5

Noble earns a yellow card for bringing down Park with a late challenge. QPR get a late chance with a free-kick from 25 yards.

  64. 45+5

We're into the final minute of injury time this half and Onuoha wins a free-kick for the hosts inside their own half, lofting a long ball up to Zamora.

  65. 45+4

Vaz Te looks for a way into the box but is closed down by the Hoops' defence. It's the Hammers' turn for a throw, which Demel takes on the right.

  66. 45+3

Demel tries to find Diame down the right but it's an awkward ball and the midfielder can't quite keep it in, handing QPR a throw.

  67. 45+2

Zamora gets forward again for the Hoops and wins a corner. Granero wastes a chance as his effort overshoots his team-mates.

  68. 45+1

Five extra minutes are added this half, mostly due to the injury to Reid. West Ham are still pressing, with Jarvis lifting a cross in from the left, but Nelsen beats Cole to the punch.

  69. 45

Noble goes for goal from far out but his effort takes a deflection off Nelsen's shoulder and goes over the woodwork.

  70. 44

Wright-Phillips responds for QPR, lifting a ball into the box for Zamora, but he can't keep his header down.

  71. 43

Demel, getting forward again down the right, finds Vaz Te who drives in a cross but Cole's header is off-target.

  72. 42

Faurlin gives the ball away sloppily in midfield as the minutes trickle down this half. Another West Ham player goes down as Vaz Te appears to feel an injury but he's soon back on his feet.

  73. 41

Zamora gets the ball away as West Ham press again but it falls to Jarvis, whose long ball back in goes behind.

  74. 40

A decent effort from Cisse in the aftermath of the resulting free-kick forces a great quick-thinking save from Jaaskelainen.

  75. 39

The first booking of the match goes to Diame as he brings down the breaking Wright-Phillips.

  76. 38

West Ham win another corner, on the right this time, which Noble lifts in but it's cleared by Onuoha.

  77. 37

The hosts go hunting for an immediate response and Demel does well to subdue Cisse as he looks to pull one back with a half-chance.

  78. QPR manage to scramble a deep Hammers corner away but the ball falls to Vaz Te who somehow manages to squeeze it through after some fumbled keeping from goalkeeper Cesar.

  79. 35

  80. 35

There's another early change for the Hammers as Joey O'Brien goes off, apparently injured, and George McCartney comes on. Not what Sam Allardyce would have wanted.

  81. 34

Granero fouls Nolan in midfield and concedes a free-kick for his troubles. The Spaniard is not happy as his frustration shows through and gets a telling-off from the ref.

  82. 33

West Ham win a throw to the right of the QPR goal but Cole is off-balance as he tries to help the ball on. Demel puts in some good defending at the other end as the Hoops break.

  83. 32

It looks like Nelsen pulls Cole down, catching him in the ribs, but nothing is given by the referee. The striker has a drink and gets back to his feet.

  84. 31

QPR win two throws in quick succession down the right of the Hammers half, which Onuoha takes, but Jarvis eventually gets the ball away.

  85. 29

Sky Sports' reporter Patrick Davison has confirmed to Monday Night Football that Reid is not concussed, not on his way to hospital and he's talking normally in the dressing room.

  86. 28

Demel gets away down the right for the Hammers but Hill closes him down after he's left short of options.

  87. 27

Cisse goes for goal with a long-distance shot from the right but it flies over the crossbar. Looks like a bit of frustration from the Hoops man.

  88. 26

Andy Carroll is warming up on the touchline suggesting he could see some involvement this evening. Onuoha boots out a long Jaaskelainen ball to keep Cole at bay.

  89. 25

Diame contributes a good tackle in midfield and makes a break but he's eventually crowded out by the QPR defence. Wright-Phillips chips a ball into the box but Jaaskelainen gets to it before Zamora.

  90. 24

Play resumes at Loftus Road as Nelsen lifts a long ball upfield but it's cleared by Tomkins as he gets his first touch.

  91. 22

There's relief as no stretcher is needed, with Reid back on his feet. He goes off groggily and Tomkins is brought on in an early change.

  92. 21

There's a lull in play as Reid remains on the ground after that heavy collision and it looks like Tomkins is coming on for West Ham.

  93. 20

There's a real scramble to greet the resulting free-kick and O'Brien is forced to clear it off the line. Reid goes down after being caught by Jaaskelainen's elbow and needs treatment after the nasty blow.

  94. 19

Wright-Phillips is felled by O'Brien right on the edge of the box and it looks like a booking but he gets off with just a talking-to from referee Clattenburg.

  95. 18

Zamora looks to return the ball to Cisse as he advances on goal but Jaaskelainen keeps his cool to see off the threat.

  96. 17

QPR win a throw after the ball goes out off Demel. Noble is penalised for a challenge that looked legit as the hosts take another quick free kick.

  97. 16

Faurlin earns another free-kick inside the Hoops' half as the hosts continue to see the best of the possession after that early Hammers goal.

  98. 15

QPR win a free-kick in midfield and take it quickly, with Cisse trying a shot from distance which Jaaskelainen stoops to save.

  99. 14

Collins reads the situation well to intercept a pass meant for Zamora but QPR get back on the ball.

  100. 13

Noble does well to retrieve the ball from Zamora for West Ham but Jarvis wastes his good work with a wayward cross from the left.

  101. 12

Demel hoofs a long ball upfield but it is intercepted by the Hoops' defence. Granero links up well with Faurlin and Wright-Phillips in midfield before trying a shot but he skies it.

  102. 11

It's been a bright start for the Hammers so far. Cisse makes a charge down the right but is closed down by Noble.

  103. 10

Hill lofts it in, looking for Cisse in the area, but it's Jarvis that gets in first with the clearance. Noble steers the ball through for Diame and he tries his luck with a long-range shot. It takes a horrible deflection and looks to be heading for the top right-hand corner but goes just wide.

  104. 9

Clint Hill goes down after Cole charges in with his elbow raised and QPR are awarded a free-kick, which the defender steps up to take from range.

  105. 8

Vaz Te finds Nolan in the QPR half and the midfielder works hard to get away but runs into Hill on the edge of the box.

  106. 7

Park and Wright-Phillips swap passes in midfield but the latter loses his footing to halt the exchange. Seconds later the winger drives a long ball into the box, looking for Cisse, and earns the hosts a corner.

  107. 6

Nolan releases the onrushing Cole down the left with a long ball but the striker can't keep it from going behind.

  108. 5

Mark Hughes is on his feet and not looking impressed after that early goal. QPR are playing catch-up as they try grab possession in midfield.

  109. The Hammers waste little time taking the lead after some nice build-up down the right between Nolan and Vaz Te. The former chips the ball into the box and Jarvis nods, albeit somewhat fortunately, into the back of the net.

  110. 3

  111. 3

Cisse is blocked off by O'Brien to earn an early free-kick for QPR from far out on the right but it's cleared by Cole on the edge of the box.

  112. 2

West Ham trade passes inside the QPR half and Vaz Te tries to slip the ball past Clint Hill but can't keep it in.

  113. 1

We're underway in West London and it's the home side that get things rolling as Zamora kicks off. Wright-Phillips knocks it out in the middle of the park for an early Hammers throw.
