Darren Dods signed off with victory for Falkirk
Captain Darren Dods led his Falkirk side to a comfortable 4-1 win over Morton to mark his final appearance for the club in style.
The home side dominated from the start with Stewart Murdoch and Dods both going close but were stunned when Mark McLaughlin (27) scored at the second attempt
Craig Sibbald set up Stephen Kingsley who brought a full length save from David Hutton and it was Sibbald who grabbed the equaliser as he fired into the top corner from 23 yards (60).
Lyle Taylor was then felled by Craig Reid in the box and the Bairns striker exacted retribution by firing home his 29th of the season from the penalty spot (64).
With the wind in their sails, the home side continued to force the pace and Kieran Duffie bagged the goal of the game as he drilled past Hutton after some slick build-up play (79).
A loose ball then fell kindly for Sean Higgins (88) to wrap up the scoring and give Gary Holt his first win as Bairns boss.
