Steven Lawless: Late drama with the striker's equaliser
Scottish First Division champions Partick Thistle salvaged a point from a 3-3 draw against Dunfermline after Steven Lawless's last-gasp equaliser.
It was a thrilling encounter and tough on the cash-strapped visitors who had led by two goals with just six minutes remaining.
But Christopher Erskine and then Lawless, in injury-time, denied the Pars all the spoils but at least a point helps them in their fight against being in the relegation play-offs.
Jordan McMillan had given the hosts a deserved lead (27) and his team looked to be cruising until just after the hour.
Dunfermline showed just why they are the division's second highest scorers with three goals in 15 minutes by Ryan Wallace (65), Andrew Geggan and Ryan Thomson to leave them sniffing a crucial win.
But it wasn't to be as Erskine and Lawless spoiled the mood of the away fans as parity was restored to leave Dunfermline one point above Cowdenbeath who lost at home to Dumbarton.
