Two goals in the last seven minutes earned Falkirk a 2-1 home victory over fellow-strugglers Hamilton Academical.
The home side, with just two league wins to their name all season, rarely threatened the visitors' goal in an opening period of few chances.
But the game came to life just shy of the hour mark when Jonathan Page headed an Alister Crawford cross beyond the despairing dive of former Celtic goalkeeper Michael McGovern.
Accies keeper Kevin Cuthbert, who had earlier looked smart when denying Lyle Taylor and Thomas Grant, was finally beaten when Conor McGrandles (83) slotted home after fine work from Stewart Murdoch.
And Cuthbert was to have a hand in the final action of the match when he failed to hold onto a shot allowing Lewis Small to snatch a dramatic winner in the first minute of stoppage time.
The victory lifted Falkirk into sixth place in the table with Hamilton just two off the bottom in eighth.
