Team news ahead of Saturday's League One clash between Crawley and Shrewsbury at Broadfield Stadium.

Crawley will hand late fitness tests to Kyle McFadzean and Conor Clifford.

Defender McFadzean and on-loan Chelsea midfielder Clifford missed last Saturday's 3-0 FA Cup win over Chelmsford through illness.

Centre-half Joe Walsh will be added to the squad after completing a three-match ban for his red card against Walsall last month.

Boss Richie Barker made changes to his line-up for the cup clash with defender Nathan Byrne and midfielder Mike Jones dropping to the bench.

David Hunt and Sergio Torres performed well upon their recalls to the side and will be hoping to keep their places.

Skipper Gary Alexander should start in attack again after ending a 17-game goal drought against the non-league side.

Shrewsbury have concerns over a few players.

Forward Luke Rodgers (ankle) and on-loan defender Cameron Gayle (groin) have both picked up injuries during the two weeks since Town last played but could be fit.

Midfielder Luke Summerfield is battling a hernia but appears set to continue for the cause as Town look to drag themselves away from a relegation scrap.

Lee Collins has returned to Barnsley since Shrews' 1-0 defeat at Oldham last time out while fellow defensive loanee Julian Bennett has gone back to Sheffield Wednesday due to a back injury.

Shrewsbury are, however, expected to be boosted by the comeback of midfielder Paul Parry after a hip complaint.
