The full-time whistle goes and Newcastle have pulled off a vital 3-2 victory to pull further clear of trouble. It was a fantastic match which twisted one way and then the other, and the crowd is going crazy with their celebrations.
Moussa Sissoko is given a superb ovation by the Newcastle faithful as he is replaced by Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa for the last couple of minutes.
GOAL! Moussa Sissoko is making a name for himself as a Newcastle hero on his home debut as he drills in a ferocious low shot from the edge of the area after good work by Davide Santon, although perhaps Petr Cech could have done better as it was within reach and just beat him for power.
Alan Pardew shuffles his pack and brings on Sylvain Marveaux for Yoan Gouffran for the closing stages, before Papiss Cisse lets fly with a wayward shot.
GOAL! Newcastle hit back to make it 2-2 and it is the French connection that does it as Yoan Gouffran sprints away down the left before stinging the palms of Petr Cech. Moussa Sissoko latches on to the rebound and calmly tucks the ball away to draw the scores level.
Papiss Cisse and Ashley Cole are both cautioned following an off-the-ball incident. Replays show Cisse putting his hands to the throat of the Chelsea man, who squared up to the Newcastle striker in response. Cisse is lucky as referee Howard Webb decides to keep the red card in his pocket.
GOAL: Chelsea come from behind to take the lead as Juan Mata curls a stunning shot from the edge of the area past Tim Krul and into the top corner.
