  1. Man City 2 Fulham 0. Not the best display City will put in this season, but a brace from Silva has seen them to another win and they remain very much in the title race.

  2. 90+4

Clicjy moving forward again, but no so fast this time. Just about running down the clock now. Referee looking at his watch. City about to close the game at the top of the Premier League table.

  3. 90+3

Dzeko not happy as he is pulled up for backing into Hangeland. It doesn't take long, though, for City to pile forward again. Clichy rolls the ball across for Dzeko in front of goal. Somehow he lifts high over the top from 10 yards out.

  4. 90+2

Petric still looking to get involved for Fulham. He is too eager on this occasion and has drifted offside. Hart in no rush to take the free-kick.

  5. 90+1

Going through the motions now, with both sides looking forward to the final whistle. Can City put the icing on the cake by grabbing a late third?

  6. Four minutes of stoppage-time to be played.

  7. 90

Final stages at the Etihad and City are now easing their way to another welcome three-point haul.

  8. 89

Clichy happy to pump the ball forward. Fulham not offering a lot know as they give the ball straight back to City. The Blues pile forward. Aguero shows great pace to skip past Brigges, before drilling across the face of goal and wide of the post.

  9. 88

Final change by City gives Lescott a late run-out. He is brought on in place of Silva. Nicely done by Mancini as Silva receives a standing ovation on his way from the field.

  10. 88

Nasri moves the ball wide to Milner. He gives it back to the Frenchman. He is allowed to drift in field, before slipping the ball back to Milner. His well-struck drive from 20 yards is always rising and sails over.

  11. 87

Good hold up play from Dzeko. He will be happy to have completed 90 minutes this afternoon. Balotelli probably less so at having spent the entire game on the bench.

  12. 86

Aguero around Schwarzer, but can't turn the ball into the net. He beat the Fulham keeper to a threaded pass from Dzeko. He was, however, faced with a tight angle and was falling as he tried to turn the ball goalwards.

  13. 85

Nice pass from Ruiz towards Petric. Kompany does really well to read the danger and stick out a leg. The City skipper hasn't had much to do today, but what he has done he has done well. Reliable as ever.

  14. 84

Lovely build-up from City, involving Aguero. He sends the ball across the box for Silva, who drops it off first time into the path of Dzeko. He is leaning back as he shoots and fires high into the crowd.

  15. 83

Aguero commits his second foul, as he shoves Sidwell to the deck. Fulham then give the ball away again. They have been their own worst enemy at times.

  16. 82

Aguero involved straight away, as he concedes a foul. He dragged Riether to the deck. Fulham move through midfield, with Sidwell running away from two blue shirts.

  17. 81

Second change by City sees Aguero make his return to Premier League action. He replaces his fellow countryman Tevez. Boost for City to see Aguero back.

  18. 80

Berbatov looking to combine with Petric. Fulham's front two aren't quite on the same wavelength. Berbatov trudges away shaking his head. Not a good day to be a mercurial frontman.

  19. 79

Mancini is still up poitning his finger at someone. Never happy that man. City have been in control of this from the off and he should be happy with how things stands. He doesn't look like he is.

  20. 78

Karagounis moves the ball wide to Riether, before getting it back. He swings over a left-footed cross, which is dealt with by Kompany. Dzeko tries to go on his own for City, but fires into the side-netting when he had Tevez square in space.
