   Everton win 3-0 at the Liberty Stadium after thoroughly dominating proceedings. Fellaini, Pienaar, Anichebe and Pienaar particularly impressive and Everton should have high ambitions for this season on this evidence. They look an excellent side and sit - for now at least - second in the table.

   Off the bar! De Guzman almost does give Swansea that consolation strike, curling the free-kick up and over the wall and onto the crossbar. The ball breaks to Shechter, but his shot is blocked.

   Britton tries to work a shooting chance on the edge of the penalty area, but he's snuffed out by four blue shirts and Neville clears.
