Marko Basa's last-gasp strike secured victory for Lille
Two late goals saw Lille fight back from behind to win 2-1 at Bastia and keep their hopes of Champions League qualification alive.
Ahead of Sunday evening's games Rudi Garcia's side were up to fourth - three points off Marseille after Lucas Digne's 85th-minute goal and Marko Basa's last-gasp winner cancelled out Wahbi Khazri's 47th-minute opener for Bastia.
The visitors came into the match at the Armand Cesari in good away form having won their last four matches on the road and with only one league defeat outside the Grand Stade Metropole since November.
They were however without Ryan Mendes, Tulio de Melo and Djibril Sidibe against a mid-table Bastia side who went into the game on the back of a 4-1 defeat at Lorient.
The home side started strongly and after just five minutes Anthony Modeste played in an unmarked Khazri at the far post who somehow missed the target from close range.
After half an hour they got even closer to opening the scoring when veteran Jerome Rothen retrieved the ball from Florent Balmont and quickly freed Khazri on the right of the penalty area but his drive cannoned back off the post.
Lille finally woke up and a couple of minutes later Marvin Martin freed Salomon Kalou, who from inside the area shot wide.
Five minutes later and Lille tested their former stopper Mickael Landreau for the first time with Dimitri Payet's effort deflected away by the veteran keeper's thigh.
Within two minutes of the restart the home side were ahead. A brilliant ball from Rothen set Khazri free down the right before he cut inside and curled an effort into the top corner.
It signalled the start of some intense Lille pressure as Digne volleyed wide after 66 minutes before Landreau pushed Benoit Pedretti's effort away to safety.
Just two minutes later and Nolan Roux hit the outside of the post after he was sent through by Martin as Lille toiled.
It looked like the equaliser would not come but with just five minutes remaining Pedretti's slide-rule pass found Digne and his powerful left-footed effort flew past a motionless Landreau and into the top corner.
And two minutes into added time it got better for the visitors when Pedretti crossed to the far post where Basa was at the far post to snatch a winner.
