Gabon sub: Ngoye on for Mouloungui

  9. 80

Pandemonium in the stands! A two-goal salvo puts Gabon in the lead! First Aubameyang latches onto a loose ball in the Morocco area with a superb volley then Cousin makes room for himself before finding the back of the Morocco net with a deadly low strike.

  10. 79

    GOAL Gabon! Cousin!

  11. 77

    GOAL Gabon! Aubameyang!

  12. 75

Mouloungui continues to create problems for Morocco on the left wing. He crosses toward Edmond Mouele at the far post, but his shot is straight at the keeper.

  13. 73

Morocco sub: Alioui on for Michael Chretien Basser

  14. 70

Gabon just can't seem to create a clear-cut chance. Cousin gets another half-chance on the left side of the Morocco area, but the angle is tough and he is dispossessed.

  15. 67

Morocco sub: Adel Taarabt comes on for Mehdi Carcela-Gonzalez

  16. 65

Eric Mouloungui shows a superb turn of pace as he snipes down the left wing before crossing into a dangerous area, but there are no Gabon players in support. Remy Ebanega receives some treatment on the sidelines after receiving a knock to his chin. Morocco are looking comfortable with their lead.

  17. 60

Lamyaghri seems to have picked up an injury after a decisive punch to clear his lines. However, he is back on his feet and can continue.

  18. 55

Gabon have increased their tempo after the break and are pushing forward to find the leveller. A long-range vollew from Poko bounces in front of Nadir Lamyaghri, but he is up to the task.

  19. 54

    Yellow card for Younes Belhanda.

  20. 50

Substitute Cousin makes an immediate impact as he finds himself in possession on the left side of the Morocco area, but his shot is off target. 21. 46

Morocco sub: Amrabat on for Youssef El Arabi. Gabon sub: Daniel Cousin on for Stephane N'Guema. As we kick off the second half.

  22. HT

Half-time at the Stade de l'Amitie and there is an argument between some of the players but the referee intervenes and they head off the pitch without the confrontation escalating. Morocco deserve their half-time lead, but you feel Gabon still have a trick or two up their sleeve.

  23. 45

Morocco employ a couple of promising counter-attacks, showcasing some of the pace they have at their disposal. Gabon are struggling to break down the north Africans' defence.

  24. 40

Gabon continue to press Morocco as they go in search of the equaliser, but the Lions of the Atlas are holding firm. Meanwhile, the referee is allowing plenty of room for tough tackling, even though some of the challenges have looked dangerous.

  25. 35

Youssef El-Arabi shows off some of his pace as he powers down the right wing before trying to cut it back from the byline. However, he goes too far and gives away the goal-kick instead. Gabon are not exactly going to roll over are they?

  26. 30

Gabon have lost a bit of their spark after conceding the opener, but still they win a couple of free-kicks and keep Morocco on their toes.

  27. 28

    Yellow card for Adil Hermach.

  28. Younes Belhanda threads the ball through the middle of the Gabon defence and Kharja finds himself in space on the end of the pass. He takes a couple of touches before placing his shot in the bottom corner of Ovono's goal.

  29. 24

    GOAL Morocco! Houssine Kharja!

  30. 20

Gabon are holding their own against their much-favoured opponents so far. Morocco have looked more dangerous going forward, but the Panthers haven't been outplayed by any stretch of the imagination. Their confidence seems to be growing with every game they play. The home support doesn't hurt either.

  31. 15

The home side aren't taking any prisoners in defence. Their players are certainly up for this clash and are putting their bodies on the line. However, Morocco attack and surge into the Gabon area, only for Michael Chretien Basser to shoot wide.

  32. 10

Andre Biyogo Poko picks up the first yellow card after a two-footed lunge.

  33. 10

Gabon put together an attack as Eric Mouloungui threatens on the right wing, but the ball is bundled away from him. A Gabon free-kick is put into a dangerous area but Morocco goalkeeper Nadir Lamyaghri grabs it out of the air.

  34. 5

Morocco put Gabon under some early pressure, forcing Didier Ovono into an unconvincing punch-clearance. The north Africans are seeing most of the ball at the moment.

And we're away. Gabon kick off from left to right.

  36. Only moments away now as the sides shake hands after a stirring rendition of the Gabon national anthem, "La Concorde".
