It's all over, Ivory Coast have booked their quarter-final place while Burkina Faso must pack their bags as they have been eliminated from the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations. Emotions spill over at the end of the game as some of the players can be seen to be involved in some heated exchanges. A good day's work for the Ivorians but heartbreak for the Stallions.
Bertrand Traore is off as Narcisse Yameogo makes an appearance for Burkina Faso.
Bakary Kone nets a freak own goal after trying to head clear a free-kick from Bony. 2-0 to the Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso look to be heading out of the Africa Cup of Nations.
Yaya Toure makes way for Wilfried Bony.

The final whistle at the end of this first half has been blown and both teams head down the tunnel. The Ivory Coast have been in impressive form so far and certainly look to have more goals in them. But don't discount Burkina Faso from getting on the scoresheet either. An interesting second half awaits.
