  3. FULL TIME: An entertaining opening game of the European Championships. Robert Lewandowski opened the scoring with a delicous header before Socratis Papastathopoulos was sent-off for two bookable offences. Dimitris Salpingidis equalised six minutes into the second half after a mistake by Wojciech Szczey. Then the drama as the Greeks were awarded a penalty and the Arsenal stopper was sent-off, but his deputy Przemyslaw Tyton proved to be the hero, saving from Giorgos Karagounis.
