Team news ahead of Tuesday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy second-round tie between Accrington and Tranmere at the Crown Ground.

Accrington boss John Coleman could hand a debut to on-loan Wolves striker James Spray. The 18-year-old joined Stanley on a one-month deal on Monday and could be thrown straight into the side on Tuesday night. Coleman is also boosted by the return of defender Nat Taylor after he served his 35-day suspension for a red card while playing for Accrington and Rossendale College last season before he had signed a professional contract. However, defender Dean Winnard could miss out again with an ankle injury. The injury forced Winnard out of Saturday's 3-2 victory over Aldershot and it is touch and go whether he will recover in time to face the npower League One outfit. Tranmere will be without midfielder duo Martin Devaney and Andy Robinson. The pair have been sidelined with hamstring injuries since the start of September and manager Les Parry revealed they suffered a setback in training last week. "They tried to train towards the end of last week but both of them weren't happy about pushing it to 100%," Parry told the club's official website. "Neither of them trained on Friday so maybe they're not as close as we thought they were. I should imagine both of them will be out for another couple of weeks." Parry will also be without skipper John Welsh, who serves a one-match ban after picking up his fifth booking of the season in Saturday's goalless draw with Bournemouth.
