Blake: Impressed for Wales against England

Team news for Saturday afternoon's Championship clash between Cardiff and Doncaster at Cardiff City Stadium.

Cardiff have a clean bill of health for their match against Donny despite having nine players away on international duty this week.

The Bluebirds had almost a third of their first-team squad on duty for their respective countries, with Rob Earnshaw and Darcy Blake featuring for Wales in their European Championship qualifier against England at Wembley and Don Cowie lining up for Scotland against Lithuania.

But the trio, along with Kenny Miller, David Marshall, Aron Gunnarsson, Dekel Keinan, Filip Kiss and Joe Mason all came through unscathed and are available for the weekend clash.

Nat Jarvis was called up by Antigua but decided against turning out for the Caribbean island on this occasion.

Doncaster boss Sean O'Driscoll is set to be boosted by the return of three players for the trip to Cardiff.

James O'Connor, Shelton Martis and Brian Stock have all recovered from injury to boost Rovers as they seek to cause an upset in the Welsh capital.

Yet the Yorkshire outfit remain beset by injuries and James Chambers, Martin Woods, Adam Lockwood, Billy Sharp and Ryan Mason all remain sidelined.

On-loan youngster Milan Lalkovic has been away with Slovakia's Under-21 squad but has returned to boost O'Driscoll's squad.

The rookie Chelsea striker recently joined Rovers on an initial one-month loan and came off the bench to help secure a 1-1 draw against Bristol City in their last outing.
