1. Full-time: Phil Dowd blows the whistle. West Brom win. Another great result for Roy Hodgson but it's disaster for Andre Villas-Boas as the pressure continues to build on the Chelsea boss.

    Chelsea on the counter-attack straight from that free-kick and Mata threads a ball through to put Sturridge in on goal. It was reminiscent of Pele in 1970 as Foster advanced and both players appeared to dummy the ball but the keeper reacted first and cleared.

    Reid raiding down the right now and although Drogba does well to track him, he's conceded a free-kick in a dangerous position. The ball comes in and bounces around the box before Chelsea clear.

    Chelsea really need to up the pace here. It's casual stuff and they are struggling to live with Albion's high tempo approach. Chelsea have a corner now though. Set-pieces look a good option for them at the moment but this one comes to nothing.

    Morrison has been heavily involved in the early stages and he now drifts inside from the right, beating Ramires, before firing a left-foot shot well over from 25 yards.

    Odemwingie is playing with confidence - he's the Premier League player of the month for February after all - and he's giving Cole a torrid time. Beats him again and delivers his cross, but it is over the head of Fortune in the six-yard box.

    Thomas lays the ball off from Odemwingie's pass and Morrison's shot with the outside of his foot is just tipped over by Cech at full stretch.

    Foul by Lampard and that's a free-kick for the home team. Olsson heads goalwards from Morrison dead-ball and Drogba blocks and clears.

    Mata's corner is headed clear by Andrews but Essien finds the taker again and Albion need McAuley to clear from Cahill at the far post.

    Albion on the attack early and Andrews just can't stretch high enough to direct his header goalwards from Reid's right-wing cross.

Chelsea have a strong team out on the field today surely they cannot lose this one? If they do i fear AVB will be booking his plane ticket back home to Portugal. My prediction is 3-1 to Chelsea."
