  1. FT

FULL TIME: Three points for Chelsea but the win is overshadowed by Fernando Torres' sending-off after giving the hosts the lead. Ramires scored twice either side of the break while Didier Drogba scored four minutes into stoppage time. The Swans consolation came through Ashley Williams header.

  2. 90+4

Chelsea restore their three goal cushion as Malouda finds Drogba and he shows his clinical instinct once again firing the ball back across goal.

  3. 90+4

GOAL: Chelsea 4 (Didier Drogba 90) Swansea 0.

  4. 90+2

John Terry limps away again as Swansea claim a corner.

  5. 90+1

Mark Gower delivers another fine ball from the corner and Williams is allowed yet another free header, which he puts wide.

  6. 90

There will be four added minutes of added on time and Swansea win a corner now.

  7. 88

YELLOW CARD: Neil Taylor is booked for manhandling Drogba.

  8. 87

A lovely consolation goal for the Swans as Mark Gower's delightful delivery is headed into the back of the net by the big defender.

  9. 86

GOAL: Chelsea 3 Swansea 1 (Ashley Williams 86).

  10. 86

YELLOW CARD: Ashley Cole is booked for pulling back Routledge.

  11. 85

Scott Sinclair clips the ball into the box and it's easily cleared.

  12. 84

The Blues send the ball back to Cech and that is greeted with boos from the home fans. I guess nobody likes to see the ball go back 60 yards.

  13. 82

SUBSTITUTION: Josh McEachran makes his first Premier League appearance of the season coming on for Raul Meireles.

  14. 81

Andre Villas-Boas is preparing to make his final change.

  15. 80

Chelsea will want to get Drogba fit what with Torres set to miss the next three games with that straight red card.

  16. 79

SUBSTITUTION: Didier Drogba gets a standing ovation as he replaces Nicolas Anelka.

  17. 77

That is surely game over now as Jose Bosingwa's pass is collected by Ramires who evades the weak challenge of Ashley Williams and sidefoots the ball past Michel Vorm. Easy!

  18. 76

    GOAL: Chelsea 3 (Ramires 76) Swansea 0.

  19. 76

YELLOW CARD: Garry Monk is booked for a late tackle on Nicolas Anelka.

  20. 75

John Terry does well to clear Angel Rangel's delivery.

  21. 74

Chelsea's last clean sheet was against Stoke on the opening day of the season and they're well on their way to another one today.

  22. 73

The Swans fans are urging their side to come forward and attack Chelsea.

  23. 72

SUBSTITUTION: Stephen Dobbie replaces Nathan Dyer as Brendan Rodgers makes his final change.

  24. 70

It's all very comfortable at the moment. Danny Graham has yet to get involved since he came on but now he gets an opportunity and sets up Wayne Routledge who fires over the crossbar.

  25. 69

Swansea have gone off the boil in the past few minutes and it's all Chelsea as Anelka finds Raul Meireles and his deep cross just fails to find Ramires.

  26. 67

Wayne Routledge is unable to maintain possession for Swansea as Anelka drives forward bringing Bosingwa into the game.

  27. 65

Talking about Anelka. He's only scored one goal in 18 games for the Blues. No wonder he decided to take on that shot from 30 yards.

  28. 63

The hosts are starting to get a foot on the game again after Swansea's early second half pressure.

  29. 62

Now Chelsea hit the crossbar! Nicolas Anelka doesn't have anything on and decides to have a pop at goal from long-range is is unlucky to find the woodwork.

  30. 60

SUBSTITUTIONS: Danny Graham replaces Leroy Lita for Swansea and also a change for Chelsea as Florent Malouda comes on for Juan Mata.

  31. 58

Ramires shows excellent technique on the edge of the area before seeing his dipping volley just miss the far post.

  32. 57

YELLOW CARD: Nathan Dyer is booked for a challenge on Nicolas Anelka.

  33. 56

From the corner it's Williams again with a free header which is hacked off the line by Jose Bosingwa.

  34. 55

Angel Rangel gets away down the right from the attentions of Cole and delivers for Ashley Williams whose header is blocked for a corner.

  35. 53

Quick update from SKYBET. Chelsea seemed to be coasting until Fernando Torres' red card , but are still 1/66 to win this match. The Swans are 100/1 to find a win from here against the Blues, while a draw is 20/1. Go to www.skybet.com to place your bets.

  36. 51

Promising opening the half for the Swans then.

  37. 50

Swansea hit the crossbar! Nathan Dyer's effort from the angle takes a heavy deflection off Mikel and the ball loops over Cech and hits the top of the crossbar.

  38. 49

Angel Rangel receives the ball in the box and his attempted pass looks for Leroy Lita but Raul Meireles clears just in time.

  39. 47

Routledge is floating around Leroy Lita in a 4-2-4 formation for the Swans.

  40. 46

SUBSTITUTION: Wayne Routledge replaces the impressive Leon Britton for Swansea at the start of this half.

  41. HALF TIME: A half of real contrasting fortunes for Chelsea. Fernando Torres opened the scoring with only his third goal for the club but soon after Ramires had doubled the lead, the Spanish striker saw a straight red card for an awful lunge on Mark Gower.

  42. 46

There are two added minutes of stoppage time as Swansea win a free-kick but Chelsea clear their lines.

  43. 44

Terry is coming off the field for some medical attention as Swansea give the ball back to Petr Cech. The Skipper is quickly back on the field.

  44. 43

Leroy Lita gets a free-kick from John Terry's tackle and they take it quick. Terry is holding his knee now.

  45. 42

So Chelsea fans, what do you think of that? And can Swansea come back from this? Let me know your views. razwan.mirza@bskyb.com

  46. 40

The good times never last long for the Spaniard. He jumped in recklessly and Mike Dean had no option.

  47. 38

RED CARD: Fernando Torres catches Mark Gower with a two-footed tackle on the halfway line. That was ugly and he can have no complaints.

  48. 36

A long way back for Swansea now as Fernando Torres' picks out the run of Ashley Cole and he finds Ramires in so much space and the midfielder fires his shot through the legs of goalkeeper Michel Vorm.

  49. 36

    GOAL: Chelsea 2 (Ramires 36) Swansea 0.

  50. 34

At the other end Ashley Williams' flick header flies just wide of goal. A chance of a quick response by the away side.

  51. 33

YELLOW CARD: Juan Mata is booked for pulling the shirt of Angel Rangel.

  52. 31

So back-to-back goals for the Chelsea striker and only his third goal for the club.

  53. 29

So many Chelsea fans called it and he has done it. Torres breaks the deadlock at Stamford Bridge with a lovely right-foot finish from Juan Mata's deliciously angled pass over the top.

  54. 29

GOAL: Chelsea 1 (Fernando Torres 29) Swansea 0.

  55. 29

Now Branislav Ivanovic has a go from about 30 yards, much to the delight of the away fans.

  56. 28

Swans keeper Michel Vorm is called into action for probably the first time in the game as Ramires shoots from long-range.

  57. 24

Frustration for the hosts as Raul Meireles has a pop at goal from 35 yards. The ball drifts harmlessly wide.

  58. 23

What a battle between Nathan Dyer and Ashley Cole with the former coming out on top to the delight of the away fans. Clearly Chelsea are getting rattled!

  59. 21

Fernando Torres is penalised as he brings down the impressive Leon Britton as he looked to get the ball onto his right-foot for a shot.

  60. 20

The pressure is starting to build on the opposition now as Chelsea start to press the ball in the middle of the park.

  61. 19

Nathan Dyer has to be alert as Ashley Cole looks to drift in behind. Andre Villas-Boas is not looking too happy with his side at the moment.

  62. 17

Juan Mata turns away in the area and sets up Ramires, who takes one touch before seeing his second attempt superbly blocked by Leon Britton. That looked a certain goal for the hosts!

  63. 16

Ashley Williams prevents a cross from the right but the ball falls to Raul Meireles who hooks the ball over the crossbar with a volley from just inside the area. Neat attempt from the midfielder who is sporting a mohican today.

  64. 14

Neil Taylor gets under the flight of an early Chelsea cross allowing Nicolas Anelka a sight of goal but the full-back does well to put the Frenchman off.

  65. 12

The visitors have settled well and are enjoying plenty of the ball as Joe Allen attempts to break into the box from the right. Jose Bosingwa is having an uncomfortable time at the moment.

  66. 10

Nice play by the Swans as Mark Gower's cross is headed out for a corner after some lovely build-up play.

  67. 9

Big week for Chelsea with a visit to Valencia on Wednesday night. One for Juan Mata to look forward to.

  68. 8

Crucial challenge by Branislav Ivanovic as Scott Sinclair looked to break into the box. At the other end Raul Meireles is claiming a penalty but referee Mike Dean is having none of it.

  69. 7

Petr Cech is out of his goal and smashes the ball into the stands as Leroy Lita attempts to close him down.

  70. 6

Now Chelsea have kept just one clean sheet in their last nine games, so some hope for the Swans this afternoon.

  71. 5

Jose Bosingwa delivers a poor cross and now Juan Mata attempts to break the visitors backline with a jinking run.

  72. 3

Leon Britton looks for the run of Leroy Lita, but the striker is too eager and is caught offside.

  73. 2

This is a match that promises to be easy on the eye. It will be interesting to see how Swansea approach the game. Both sides have lined-up in a 4-3-3 formation.

  74. 1

The away fans from Wales are making themselves heard as Chelsea get the game underway.

  75. 1458

By the way, referee Mike Dean didn't quite get the same reception! The teams are out and we're minutes away from kick-off.

  76. 1454

Just to let you all know, Scott Sinclair just got an amazing reception from the home fans. Nice touch!

  78. 1453

Swansea meanwhile, name an unchanged side from their first ever Premier League win against West Brom last weekend, with the fit-again Danny Graham on the bench.

  79. 1451

So, Frank Lampard is left on the bench as Chelsea change all 10 outfield players from the midweek Carling Cup win. Manager Andre Villas-Boas recalls eight of those who started Sunday's defeat at Manchester United following Wednesday night's penalty shootout win over Fulham, with John Obi Mikel getting the nod over Lampard, and Nicolas Anelka starts ahead of Didier Drogba.

  80. 1447

Jonathan is confident of a home win: "I think Torres will be ready to show his full potential today. Swansea have lost some defenders going into this game and the Blues can punish it. 4-1 to Chelsea Torres with the Hatrick and Mata. Sinclair for Swansea."
