Fletcher: Could make Argyle debut

Team news for Saturday's League Two clash between Plymouth Argyle and Bradford City at Home Park.

On-loan Bournemouth striker Steve Fletcher could make his Plymouth debut.

Fletcher joined the Pilgrims on loan deadline day but missed the trip to Northampton last weekend because of a niggling thigh problem.

However, the veteran forward is now fit and available to manager Carl Fletcher and will challenge Alex MacDonald and Juvhel Tsoumou for a place in the starting line-up.

Nick Chadwick is also vying for a spot up front after recovering from a knee injury to be amongst the substitutes at Sixfields last Saturday.

Plymouth could move up to 20th in the table and four points clear of the relegation zone with a victory, providing results elsewhere go in Argyle's favour.

Bradford will be without suspended trio Jon McLaughlin, Luke Oliver and Andrew Davies.

All three players were handed straight red cards in the changing room after the midweek defeat to Crawley following a post-match brawl.

Goalkeeper McLaughlin and Oliver have been banned for three games, while fellow defender Davies, on loan from Stoke, must serve a five-match suspension as it is his third dismissal of the season.

Matt Duke has been recalled from his loan spell at Northampton and is expected to step in for McLaughlin, while Simon Ramsden, who missed out on Tuesday due to a knock, will return to the back four.

Central defender Guy Branston could also return to the side and hopes to make his first appearance for the Bantams since October.

City's midweek defeat has left them four points above the relegation zone in 19th place.
